Order Acceptance In order to place an order with Teddy Lane, you must provide us with a valid email address. Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order you should contact us at customerservices@teddylane.co.uk. You have the right to cancel an order up to 48 hours prior to the intended delivery date subject to a 10% administration charge. No refund will be given for orders cancelled within 48 hours of the intended delivery date. We will make every effort to stop a delivery from going ahead, however we cannot offer any guarantee. Returns We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. On all orders you are offered a 7 day "cooling off" period where you have 7 days to accept or decline the order. After 7 days of receipt of your order you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you have contacted us to decline the order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you wish to decline the goods within 7 days of receipt, you are given the right to a full refund or an exchange. If this action is not taken within 7 days of receipt of order, Teddy Lane reserves the right not to accept any rejects at a later date. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and must be in an unused and saleable condition. You are responsible for the returned goods until they are received by Teddy Lane and you bear the risk of their return. | Delivery Information Teddy Lane can only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you place an order for an address outside of the UK, it will not be processed. We can accept orders from customers outside of the UK for goods to be delivered to addresses within the UK. You are responsible for providing us with the correct postal address for your order. We accept no responsibility for non-delivery caused by inaccurate or incorrect address details. First Class Delivery Teddy Lane ships items using Royal Mail First Class Delivery. This is priced at £1.99 per item. At checkout you will be given an opportunity to select a date on which you wish your order to arrive at its destination. This date must be with at least 2 working days notice. We will send your order by Royal Mail First Class Delivery and we will dispatch your order the working day before delivery is requested. Whilst Royal Mail delivers most of its First Class Deliveries the next working day, it is not guaranteed to arrive on a specific date and, accordingly, we cannot guarantee the date on which your order will be delivered. We dispatch items on working days only. If you have selected a delivery date that falls on a Monday, your order will be dispatched the previous Friday. Special Delivery If you wish to have a delivery date that is guaranteed, Teddy Lane can offer Special Delivery priced at £5.99 per item. This is a service provided by Royal Mail which guarantees delivery to 99% of UK addresses before 1pm the next working day after dispatch. This guarantee does not apply if there was no-one available to sign for your item upon delivery or the delivery address is in an area of the UK where Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery. To qualify for Special Delivery, Teddy Lane requires that your order must be placed at least two working days in advance of the requested delivery date. |
