Delivery InformationTeddy Lane can only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you place an order for an address outside of the UK, it will not be processed. We can accept orders from customers outside of the UK for goods to be delivered to addresses within the UK.
You are responsible for providing us with the correct postal address for your order. We accept no responsibility for non-delivery caused by inaccurate or incorrect address details.
First Class Delivery
Teddy Lane ships items using Royal Mail First Class Delivery. This is priced at £1.99 per item.
At checkout you will be given an opportunity to select a date on which you wish your order to arrive at its destination. This date must be with at least 2 working days notice. We will send your order by Royal Mail First Class Delivery and we will dispatch your order the working day before delivery is requested. Whilst Royal Mail delivers most of its First Class Deliveries the next working day, it is not guaranteed to arrive on a specific date and, accordingly, we cannot guarantee the date on which your order will be delivered. We dispatch items on working days only. If you have selected a delivery date that falls on a Monday, your order will be dispatched the previous Friday.
Special Delivery
If you wish to have a delivery date that is guaranteed, Teddy Lane can offer Special Delivery priced at £5.99 per item.
This is a service provided by Royal Mail which guarantees delivery to 99% of UK addresses before 1pm the next working day after dispatch. This guarantee does not apply if there was no-one available to sign for your item upon delivery or the delivery address is in an area of the UK where Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery. Please visit the Royal Mail website for further information. You must use the full UK postcode for next day delivery to be guaranteed.
To qualify for Special Delivery, Teddy Lane requires that your order must be placed at least two working days in advance of the requested delivery date.
